Conditions for bidding and purchases:
Please read this information before you participate in the auction
- Items on offer are described to the best of my knowledge. Contact me beforehand if you have any doubt or query about the object.
- An invoice will be sent after the auction or offer to purchase. Should you not receive this within 48 hours please contact me via E-bay.
- Payment in full with shipping costs must be received within 10 working days after the end of the auction. I reserve the right to contact the next highest bidder or re-auction the article in question in the event of late or non-payment. This will result in a negative feedback.
- I accept PayPal from overseas and European bidders without extra charge.
- Dutch bidders can pay directly via their bank account: Contact me after receiving your invoice to obtain bank details
- PayPal is preferred for European-EU bidders but you may also pay me via IBAN/BIC transfers of money, contact me for my details. However costs for IBAN/BIC are to be stated as shared when possible (mostly free of extra charge) or for the buyer (possibly charged to buyers account).
- Cash payments: In accordance with the latest E-bay regulations No longer preferred on E-Bay. I will however accept - AT BUYERS RISK - cash sent (preferably by recorded and insured mail) if you have no other means of international payment possibilities or on principle matters in US$, Euro's, GBP with a small surcharge for change of foreign currency.
- In event of translations: The English tekst prevails above others
Refund & Aftersales
hAfter sales: I would advise all buyers to take some photos upon arrival of a damaged package. If in the event of unpacking you find damaged goods please take a photo of the goods preferably in the package. It will help with your insurance claim. I can then with proof - on your behalf – put in a claim. An eventual reimbursement will then be forwarded to you via PayPAl
Disclaimer: Only applicable if article was sufficiently insured and traceable through shipmentcosts.
NLRefund: If the article is not as described i.e. condition faults not mentioned: I will refund the article price without question or agree a partial refund. Costs for shipping and re-shipping in the same manner as received (suitably packed and insured) are primarily however for the buyer. Repayment of basic postagecosts without packaging will be agreed upon with the buyer - extra insurance or special costs above offered standard shipment are for the buyer! Repayment of the re-shipping costs will only occur after I have received the goods back in the same condition as sent after which the buyer will receive the agreed refund of purchase and postage costs. CAVIAT EMPTOR - Buyer beware. Un-opend or returned parcels with no prior notice do not count as a refundable object!
